QUALITY CONTROL Being an ISO 9001 certified company, we strongly believe that quality control and assurance department is the backbone of every progressive concern. Our finely built laboratory house chemical, mechanical and welding labs equipped with Universal testing machine, Charpy and Izod impact tester, Brinell hardness tester etc. standard procedures are followed to check and test the raw materials for their suitability before sending to production department. Special work-stations are installed to test the quality of process and the final products, appropriate batch numbers are given to each lot of production for easy identification and traceability. With our ears to the ground at all times, we focus on the ever-changing needs of our customers. Using feedback we not only meet their requirements but also anticipate them. Quality is the guiding principle in all activities of our company.

Vaccum Pack
Eureka can offer vacuum packed covered electrodes of all ranges like Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel and others.

We now provide electrodes sealed vacuum packs with hydrogen levels guaranteed to be less than 5ml/100g weld metal. These are particularly useful in site applications where there is a need to maintain very low hydrogen levels and baking and storage facilities are not available. The electrodes are taken directly from the pack and can be used for up to 12 hours from opening before sufficient moisture has been absorbed to require baking.

Buying Eureka Vacuum Sealed Pack electrodes ensures the electrode will work as it was intended to straight from the mill. The seal keeps all moisture away from the rod and the vacuum pack keeps the electrodes tight reducing chipping of the flux during shipping. All this is done at an optimal extra cost as per customer requirement.
